VSD Settings

VSD format is used for storing Miscosoft Visio diagram files.

Note: In order to obtain counts for VSD files you need to have Microsoft Visio installed on your computer.

In addition to usual text counting, AnyCount can optionally count text in markup, custom properties, shapes, as well as in such common elements like Header, Footer, and Embedded object in DOC, RTF, WPD, DOCX files.

Note: To count .VSD file format, MS Visio has to be installed.

Markup

Within the AnyCount settings, markup means comments inserted in the document.

Custom properties

AnyCount counts text in Custom properties window of the shape. To view Custom properties dialog box, right-click necessary shape and on the Shape menu click Custom properties... command.
