Common Interface Elements

AnyCount main window elements change depending on the current step of the count process. The following elements are common for all steps.

Menu bar

Menus available depend on currently active Edition of AnyCount. In Standard Edition and Professional Edition these are: Files, Settings, Count!, Results and Help menus. In AnyCount Enterprise Edition there also is the Invoice menu.

Count Procedure Buttons

These buttons represent stages of wordcount process in AnyCount. Clicking one of these buttons begins appropriate wordcount stage. In Standard Edition and Professional Edition these stages are:

AnyCount Enterprise Edition has additional Invoice stage, during which invoices based wordcount results can be created and printed.

Count Units Controls

This drop-down list can be used to select units, in which count results are shown.

Customize... button can be used to modify count units, or to add custom count units.

License Information

This text string displays information about the current license: registration name and license type.
