AnyCount Enterprise Edition can create RTF and DOC invoices. Create Invoice window contains all the invoicing options. This window can be opened by clicking the Invoice button. Create Invoice window has the following elements:
Invoice Number, Client and Date Invoice # - this is the number of invoice which is about to be created. Invoice number can be specified at will. Date - clicking this drop-down list will open a calendar control, which can be used to assign invoice issue date. Client - this drop-down list can be used to select one of the clients. To add clients to this list, on the Invoicing menu click Clients command.
Invoice Items List and Buttons By default items in this list represent files which have been counted during last count session. Each item consists of a name and quantity. New - click this button to add another item to the invoice (not necessarily based on recent wordcount). Edit - click this button to edit the currently selected item. Delete - click this button to delete currently selected item.
Invoice Currency This drop-down list can be used to select the currency of the invoice. To add currencies to the list, on the Invoicing menu click Currencies command.
Additional Items These Items can be one of the two types:
New - click this button to add another discount or markup item to the invoice. This discount or markup will be saved as default additional item for the currently selected client. Edit - click this button to edit currently selected discount or markup item. Delete - click this button to delete currently selected discount or markup item. Import - this button will import default additional items of one of the clients.
Save and Print Options These are used to select a template for invoice and save invoice in a file, or send it to printer. Template drop-down list can be used to select one of the available invoice templates. Save - click this button to save current invoice in a DOC or RTF file. Save & Open - click this button to save current invoice in a DOC or RTF file, and immediately open it. Print - click this button to open printer settings window.
