About .MPL File Format
To work with MPL files in Anycount, let’s get to know a little more about this format.
MPL is a simple plaintext-based subtitle format, similar to MicroDVD. The most well-known program that supports it is VLC Media Player. Link: VLC Media PlayerWord, Character, Line Counts for MPL files
Anycount will always count subtitle text in MPL files. Optionally, you may also enable it to count the timecodes, formatting and descriptions found in the file.
When counting of .MPL files is completed, you can:
- view count results on the screen;
- print count results;
- export count results to .HTML, .DOCX, or .PDF formats.
